Stats are submitted to the district office after the last Sunday of each month, and are due by that Tuesday.

The district would like to begin collecting statistics on these categories:  New Christians, First-time Visitors, and Visitors that have returned for 3 out of the 4 or 5 Sundays of the month.

You will see these additional lines on the form below.

We wanted to give you a couple of months to prepare for this change, knowing that adding new statistics may take some time to incorporate in your SDMI calculations.

Starting with the reports for May 2019, we would like the form to be completely filled out.
